Support for device hierarchy facilitating a device to be "parent" and subsequent sub-devices forming a "child" structure. A parent-child hierarchy is a hierarchy with multiple levels that track the relationships within. This allows more efficient incident/ticket management and makes the operation of the platform more streamlined in maintaining devices/areas and spaces.
