Additional hierarchy in organization tree + multiple cloud-to-cloud connections for separate accounts

As previously announced, the upcoming additional hierarchy in the organization tree in the Customers Portal has now been released. The new hierarchy will improve workflows and give integrators, dealers, and managed service providers greater flexibility and enhanced security in managing multiple customers.

Through a number of cloud-to-cloud connectors, such as Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms, Crestron XiO and others, if you've opted into Xyte Connect+, your channel partners and end-customers can now pull in devices through these connections to monitor them in Xyte.

Please note: we are using the term “cloud to cloud connector” to refer to an integration that brings data into Xyte, as opposed to other types of integrations (such as messaging and ticketing systems) which pushes data out to those systems.

For channel partners, these connections can be managed separately, per customer, with complete data segregation.

To enable a connector, go to the Settings icon on the left navigation menu (in the Customers Portal), select Settings > Cloud to Cloud Connectors > Add Connector. Follow the wizard to the relevant connector, per customer.
