Assigning support seats

OEMs and channel partners can now easily invite users and immediately assign them support seats. In Settings, under Users & Groups, click Add User and assign the user a support seat. The default selection for channel partners is that the new user is assigned a support seat; for OEMs, the “Assign a support seat” is toggled off.

From the list of users, the admin can easily revoke or assign support seats.

Channel partners are eligible to add unlimited free support seats for a promotional period valid until June 30, 2024. After this date, each seat will be billed at $99.00/month.

The channel partner “Add a new user” dialog box will appear as above.
