Coming Soon: Xyte Hubs and Other Updates
We're excited to share that Xyte is moving to a new, updated look and feel!
At Xyte, we strive to continuously improve your experience and expand the value you're getting from our platform. Over the past few months, we've been working on a number of new updates to the platform that we wanted to share with you before they go live. The updates below will be released starting on Sunday, July 14th and will be completed by Sunday, July 21st.
1. Hubs - We are thrilled to announce that we will be launching a new modular structure in the Partners Portal. This fresh new look will allow for easier navigation through our different menus. Note, no functionality will be impacted. For a quick introduction to our hubs, please watch this short video. The new look and structure will allow us to add functionality in the future to relevant hubs, and to ensure the different users in your company are easily directed to their area of interest.
2. Improved (end) customer experience. Our Customer Portal will get a fresh new look in the navigation menu. Icons will be added to ensure a slick and improved user experience. A sample menu bar can be found in the screenshot below. In addition, your end customers will now be able to share their feedback about the platform through a click of a button.
3. Customer emails - Branded emails will also enjoy a new design! In the new design, you'll be able to add social media links to the emails you share with your end customers. We encourage you to visit the Marketing Hub to add the links and meet your customers where they are!
