Customize the troubleshooting pop up for device claiming

When a customer has an issue claiming a device, a pop up will open with a new, generic message to assist with troubleshooting. The manufacturer can now customize this message for each device model. Once the model is created, a troubleshooting tab will appear. From here, add up to 10 troubleshooting tips, edit the generic messages by changing the title, text, and icon, and change the order in which they appear.
