Easier access to support

Customers adding new devices or failing to claim devices will now have a streamlined way through the platform to request support when they need help or when something goes wrong. A form to request support is now available from the top navigation menu, from the device claiming popup, and from the device claiming troubleshooting popup. The support request will be delivered to the support contact in your organization.

If a support contact has not been entered, it will be delivered to Xyte. (To set up a support contact, click on the Settings icon at the top right of the Partner Portal, and from there, go to Contacts to enter your support contact).
