Expanded manufacturer capabilities to remove claimed devices

Manufacturers now have the ability to delete devices from the platform, even if they have already been claimed, thereby expanding the remote support they can provide to end users. (Previously, manufacturers were able to delete only unclaimed devices).
To delete a device, go to the Device tab in the Product Hub, select the device you wish to delete and click Delete Device. Please note that deleting a device means that all historical information on the device will be deleted as well.
