Help your customers get started and begin seeing value from your cloud in minutes

A guided onboarding experience is now available for your end-customers when signing up and logging into the Customer Portal (formerly called the End-User Portal) for the first time. Admins of the customer account will see a video with a quick tour and highlights of what they can do in the system. They’ll then be directed to a full onboarding journey with step-by-step instructions on setting up spaces, adding devices and monitoring and managing their devices.

Please note: This feature has not been turned on automatically; in order to give your customers this experience, please contact your CSM.
