Field support personnel can now view all devices from mobile phones and tablets using an easy-to-navigate live map and fully functional remote monitoring and management solution. See where you are relative to the devices, send remote commands, and see the latest device state and recent changes, which may include parameters such as device temperature, wifi status, GPS coordinates and others.

In addition, as previously announced, Xyte Hubs is now live! The first time you log in to the platform, you'll see a carousel explaining the UX changes.
