Offer customers quick device insights with new visualizations + UX improvements
New Widgets for Customers
Xyte has released two new widgets designed to help your customers monitor and deliver insights on connected devices’ behavior, performance and condition. These widgets are available for the Organization Overview on the Customer Portal and can be configured by the user by clicking “Edit Dashboard” and then “Add Widgets.”
Average Age of Incidents: Users can visualize the age of open incidents, helping them prioritize which incidents require the most urgent attention. Users can determine the values (seconds, minutes, hours) deemed most helpful for reviewing open incidents. Incidents can also be shown by severity level.
Devices Per Space: Users can see an overview of their devices across each individual space.
Device Tiles UX Improvement
We have also improved the look and feel of the device tiles on the Organization Overview dashboard in the Customer Portal. The new design enables users to quickly scan their device fleet and more easily glean information on incidents, device status, and more.
