Optimized flows for managing supported customers

Create new tenants for your supported customers, for several use cases, including when 1) the end-customer would like to outsource all administration and support to a third party; 2) the end-customer and support partner will co-manage the tenant; or 3) the end-customer will manage the tenant independently. This allows seamless, direct access to the customer portal and to individual devices, incidents and tickets from the support dashboard.

When creating a new customer in the Supported Customers tab, simply select which option you’d like for managing the account (the customer / you / both you and the customer).
