Secure, frictionless authentication for all user journeys and tenant management

Log in to the Xyte portal from a single domain via a variety of frictionless authentication methods. These security enhancements better protect and monitor access to your data. Your internal users may log in to any customer domain or lab from the Partner portal, avoiding needless redirects. End-customers will not be impacted by this change, and will be connected to the cloud through your branded domain, as has been the case to date.

Your internal users may log in to see any customer domain or lab in one of two ways:

1. Via the Partners Portal. Through the partners portal, access the ‘customers’ tab → and navigate to ‘visit portal.’  We recommend this method. 

2. Via the URL app.xyte.io: You may log in with your current user name and password. 

The authentication methods available now* are SAML SSO and social login (for partners and end-customers). Coming soon, we will also deploy Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as an additional method.
