Test customer experience in sandbox

Manufacturers can now create sample customer accounts in the Partners Portal and use these accounts to test the customer experience in the new sandbox feature. Customers marked as “sandbox” will not be included in any analytics or dashboards, thereby ensuring the integrity of customer and device data. Additionally, CSV downloads will indicate if a customer is marked as “sandbox.”

When creating a new customer in the platform, check the box “Set as sandbox tenant” to indicate that this is a sandbox customer.
