Upload general PDF manuals + new Success Center for customers

Manufacturers can now upload general PDF guides or manuals that cover broad, high-level topics related to their entire product line (e.g., how to claim devices, warranty information, or general setup procedures). These documents provide valuable guidance not tied to specific SKUs and are available to customers via the new Success Center in the Customer Portal.

The Success Center, accessible from an icon on the top right-hand corner of the portal, offers quick links to Xyte documentation, “how to” videos, the glossary, set-up guides and manufacturers’ manuals.

To upload a manual, go to the Settings icon in the Partner Portal, click on Support, and upload the manual. (If no manufacturer manuals have been uploaded, the icon will not be visible in the Success Center).
