Visibility into user engagement and retention metrics + lexicon change
Identify engagement gaps and take targeted actions to boost adoption with new analytics functionality in the organization tables.
In the revamped Organizations table, you can now see information on the number of devices managed, last visit, referral channels, status, and other metrics for the organizations and sub-organizations using your devices.
There is no impact on your end-customers.
To view the analytics, on the home screen, click on the Overview tab in the left-hand menu. You can revert back to the Classic Overview in the top right corner.
FYI - we are changing the name from "Warranties" to "Contracts" to clarify to your partners and customers that they can add any type of time-based contract for devices and assets.
